before i make my personal list, i would like to point out that i don't count minato and tobirama as the fastest ninjas because they teleport and not move at foot speed which is what true speed is all about.

Minato saveng Naruto in middle air isn't FTG and is pretty fast and that alone is faster than the move's that make' u belive that the ppl in ur list are faster..................

Ur list is same as that of mine exept for Minato's case but I had a doubt.......i belive that u could give me a nic explination......I knw that usng gate's wil dfntly increases one's speed but I dnt think that would be above Madara and Itachi.....y dnt most of ppl putng Madara in thire list he is pretty fast too...............

I believe you are correct my apologies. Let me change it then...I don't count Minatos s/t because he cannot use it without seals or a formula. Am I correct in saying this? Does Tobirama use seals for his FTG? Not Handseals, but formulated seals?

minato doesn't need seals or formulas to use ftg. he can use it with his clones, proven in ch.639.

tobirama doesn't use seals(seals are minatos addition), but his ftg needs preparation.
