But if we are talking moving speed/ reaction speed. Naruto is number 1. Sasuke would be 3rd. Right under 8th gate gai.

Why would FTG users be under Sasuke's teleportation, when FTG isn't restricted to any distance or cool down. With prep, it goes further than Amenojikara.
