You say peoples lists are ridiculous yet you listed three people who lack feats.

Madara, Hashirama and Hiruzen haven't showed any speed feats, i'm sure they are fast going by their status as shinobi, experience and skill, but they don't make the top ten in speed until proven otherwise.

You should calc the speed of a TBB and watch Hashirama bat them down like nothing. He matched Madara's shunshin which is Mach 143, give or take.

actually sasuke speed was enhanced by having his cursemark, also orochimaru also enhanced his body making him stronger and faster
