I am considering just the ocular powers. Put aside chakra capacity as it is irrelevant in this conversation.

Kakashi's DMS powers completely counter Kaguya's, since he can fly with Susanoo negating Dimensional Swapping(Considering that DMS has Dimensional swapping too), along with a gateway of techniques that proved to be effective such as Kamui Shuriken and Kamui Raikiri.

lol. DMS does not trump Kaguya's eye power. She can switch dimensions at will and everyone in the vicinity goes with her. While DMS has kamui it's not as haxx. Her rine-sharingan also has IT which is the most powerful genjutsu. So she takes this easily.

I could care less about Rikodous Chakra, the fact of the matter is that Kakashi's DMS abilities are stronger than Kaguya's, because they directly counter her. I honestly dont care about the fact that they are powered by Rikudou Sennin's Chakra, they are stronger than Kaguya's.

If Kaguya is not immortal even with her Rinn Sharingan I see she will lose to Kamui Snipe, Kamui Raikiri surprise attack.

For small scale MT its still debatable.

I agree with only one tech Kamui is superior to Rinn Sharingan.

The light is what powers the IT and if the light can not reach you, then you are safe.

So as long as you have PS you are immune to IT.

If its just dojutsu with no other power up then the list would much different. You forget everyone outside of Kaguyas family tree needs hashi cells to get the rinnegan. The only one who didnt was Nagato because he already had an activated Rinnegan and Uzumaki blood.

Meh Sasuke didn't awaken Rinnegan because of Hashirama's cell's. Madara did but not Sasuke. And Nagato didn't awaken a Rinnegan he was using Madara's.
