IMO these have shown the most MASTERY of their DF.

1. Crocodile
2. Chopper (He has a it down to a science, to the point where he uses the rumble balls to mess with the frequency)
3. Ivankov
4. Doflamingo
5. Law
6. Enel
7. Luffy
8. Robin
9. White Beard
10. Brook (Originally his main ability was to obtain a second life. After the time skip he learned the true power of his devil fruit which allowed him to take his soul out of his body and exist as spirit. He can also thru his devil fruit power tap into the power of his soul in bring properties of the underworld into the land of the living. He ALSO was able to feel the presence of other souls and has the abilityt to influence them.)

Not really. If your DF was more complex to master, or if the way you use your DF has a certain level of creativity, then you mastering it is more impressive. Because it's more impressive, you deserve a higher spot on the list. For example, which is more creative: Discovering you can use your vibrations to grab and tilt the air, or figuring out you can use your ice to freeze things? What's harder, figuring out how to partially transform your arm into magma and then using that offensively, or learning what every hormone is, how much is needed to do a certain effect, what part of the body that hormone affects, and how to combine them and use them in battle? The answer to the former is the former, and the answer is the latter is the latter. Therefore, Whitebeard and Ivankov deserve higher spots on this list because their fruits are more complex or there was a more creative usage.

Which would you rank above the other in terms being a student, the student who gets a 90 in Algebra 1, or the student who gets a 90 in college level calculus?

That's not a creative or complex use of his ice though. That just means his ice is extremely cold/powerful. This isn't a top ten most powerful DF discussion; this isn't impressive in the slightest when it comes to mastery.

This isn't top ten most creative or complex DF discussion either ..., This is top ten most mastery DF power... If the DFs are powerful-type and he can control it, that's mean he mastery his DF. If the DFs are complex and crative-tipe and he can control it, that's mean he mastery his DF.

Yeah, and if it was harder to master a certain DF because the DF was complex or the usage required creative thinking, and you mastered it, then you deserve a higher spot on the list. What is hard to get about that? But hey, whatever, you have your standards and I have mine.
