your list is SH!TTY way isn't Rock Lee on your list he would burn Sasuke any day. it's a shame, Sasuke has some speed but he is not top ten people killing me Itachi's speed is slightly overrated too. Also just because someone dodges 1 punch or lands a hit on them doesn't mean they're faster.... god!:sy:
