Minato vs Tobi and Kurama should be on top 5 or 6, that was a great battle (including he saved Kushina, Naruto and Konoha, don't forget about that, like how he owns Tobi)

Gotta say the ending to that fight was unbelievably bad ass. Gaara gets them in the imperial coffin above the air, then uses the umbrella so that the blood doesn't fall on him when he destroys them.

Sasuke vs. Danzo was ridden with Plot no jutsu in Sasuke's favor. it was a sucky fight because we didn't see a quarter of what Danzo could do.
