Fights in the anime are generally a lot cooler looking than fights in the manga. What are your favorites? Here are mine:
10. Sasuke vs Orochimaru - this was a very short battle, more of a skirmish in fact, but it was awesome how Sasuke overcame the great white snake and used his will to eradicate Orochimaru's barrier world.
9. Gaara vs Deidara - An awesome battle of clay vs sand between two aerial long-distance fighters.
8. Hiruzen vs Orochimaru - We see Edo Tensei for the first time and that sad ending when Hiruzen sacrifices himself at the end
7. Gaara vs Rock Lee - need I explain this one?
6. Itachi vs Sasuke - That genjutsu battle was insane. Amaterasu was badass. Kirin is OP as hell. And oh lawd that full Susano'o with Yata Mirror and Totsuka trolling Oro.
5. Kisame vs Bee - I don't like the battle in the water dome that much, but I liked the beginning stages of the fight where Samehada was absorbing Bee's lightning swords and lariats.
4. Sasuke vs Deidara - I loved this fight a lot. I don't really know why. Deidara is just so cool.
3. Edo nagato vs Bee, Naruto, and Itachi - Nagato earlier got trolled very badly by SM Naruto, a ninja much weaker than himself. This fight was redemption for that, and he was about to own Naruto and Bee at the same time but then came the solo king Itachi who switched sides in the middle of the battle
2. Jiraiya vs Pain - we get to see Jiraiya's Sage Mode for the first and only time. We also learn about this insanely OP and mysterious guy named Pain.
1. Kabuto vs Sasuke and Itachi - I love this fight because it reveals how badass Kabuto truly became and how OP he is. We also see EMS sausage in battle for the first time, and Kabuto's backstory is fully revealed
