[Discussion] Toonami Getting better and better?

As most of you may know, Toonami is getting Sword Art Online to air sometime in August and I think this is a big pickup. What are your thoughts and what other shows would you like to see Toonami get.

Too be honest I think that Toonami should get Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Zero. Or at least Fairy Tail considering that they have the Big 3 (Bleach, Uncut Naruto, and OP)

Yes it is getting better. They should show Naruto Shippuden rather than part 1 Naruto. And add Fairy Tail.

I'm happy that Toonami has gotten another good anime.
Personally, I want to see them air Fate/Zero. Its one of the best Animes ever. I think it would be a huge hit.
Fairy Tail would also be a good pick up. Hopefully in the future they might even get Attack on Titans.

Yeah I get you about Naruto Shippuden but showing the original naruto might bring new fans.. it wouldn't make sense if they just bring in shippuden because the viewers new to it won't get the story plus in my opinion it feels nostalgic watching these old episodes it reminds me why I started watching this show.

Well the thing is I dunno if they will be able to get Shippuden in the first place seeing as they had to start over 200 episodes in on One Piece. And considering that Disney and Cartoon Network are rival companies I don't know if they will be able to acquire the rights to Naruto Shippuden. Main point is how Disney has exclusive rights to Marvel cartoons and Cartoon Network has exclusive rights to DC cartoons.

My thing is why hold the rights to the show if you're not going to air it and make money? I would just sell it to Cartoon Network and at least get a little profit.

This is Disney we are talking about dude, if they have the rights to something they will never drop those rights to it regardless if they don't use it. Like all of their old "good" cartoons, they won't allow anyone else to air it, like Gargoyles, Hercules, etc. If it was once theirs it is most likely forever theirs.

No one knows if they will even get the permission to get the new Shippuden episodes considering. Disney doesn't like to share their movies with anyone other than ABC Family
