I doubt it, if they really cared they would have left that page out when they copied it. Perhaps it is there way of saying to their reader to go support MS, I don't know...

But I would guess that perhaps the guy copying these releases doesn't speak/read English maybe he just copy's and pastes it because he know where to get it. And if that is the case then I doubt he even know or will even make a reply.
