Well considering he gave that to kakashi and that he died in kakashi's eye a hero/great friend kinda makes it hard for him to take it back, sentimentally.

Also the fact that he might go blind if he uses the susanoo. So not worth having those risks (maybe having both eyes MS active at all times will deplete his chakra faster)

nope, ameno has a cool down time, kamui doesnt, according to the epilogue it seems the farter away ameno takes you , the more energy therefore more cool down time
kamui so far is the only jutsu which is capable of giving you intagibility
kamui can make your jutsus stronger eg katon bafuku rambu, throwing shuriken
kamui is the only jutsu so far shown to be able to take you back from death itself
kamui snipe
kamui has its own dimension which can be used as a warehouse or as a hideout which ameno doesnt have

not even kaguya with her ST was able to counter kamuis intagibility and snipe so
need i say more?
