Ahh. This one should be simple for you. As you are the originator of the frostbite fighting style.

Basically, you're focusing your hyouton chakra, and not actual ice into the air around the target. By doing so, it'll lower the temperature of the air and cause the opponent to get a major brain freeze by freezing the areas they breathe in. An ideal situation is when you see the opponent inhaling for a katon/fuuton justu. If there are no further questions, you may begin molding the chakra around my head.

Nope, no questions.

*I stream my ice chakra forward into the air around your head, specifically the air just in front of your mouth and nose. I manipulate the air with my ice chakra causing it to lower in temperature drastically. The air is in fact so cold that if you were to inhale it, it would freeze your saliva/mucus/whatever, causing an extremely severe brain freeze in an instant. This brain freeze would in fact be so severe that it would break your concentration and prevent chakra build up for five seconds.*

*closes eyes as the air gets extremely cold and takes a few steps away to breathe again.*

Good job, I think my ears are a little frostbitten now though -_-

But you got that one down. That's how you give someone a Brain Freeze.

Now what would you like to learn next?

Also a simple concept. Depending on the situation you can make about 5, and more than anything it's about controlling ice. It's more of a slush until it touches someone and hardens. Get what I'm spittin young playa?

Yeah, but a couple of questions: am I allowed to use other jutsu while the tentacles are active?
Am I allowed to choose the width of the tentacles each time I use this?
Can the tips of the tentacles be made to be sharp enough to stab something?

1.yes you are young padawan.
2.it isn't specified, so yes, you can. Your imagination is the limit in that regard.
3. They aren't hardened until they make contact with something. If you'd like the tips to be sharp, I'll suggest that you might just brush them or whip the ground before sending them out to make the tips hardened

Thee easiest of them all. Just freeze the ground essentially and the moisture in it will follow. Please note that if there is no moisture there, (namely being in sand) then this will not work.
