Tobi (who possesses a sharingan) watched Yodaime cast the Dead Demon Seal when Yodaime sealed half of the Kyuubi and himself inside of it. Now its definitely more than possible that Tobi now knows how to perform the Dead Demon Seal after watching it being cast.

Imagine the scenario where Tobi is pushed to his limits, has used up all remaining chakra and even used the Izanagi and lost his last sharingan. He is unable to continue, but as a last dying effort he uses the Dead Demon Seal and SOMEHOW sacrifices himself to the Dead Demon to summon the first 4 hokage to finish the battle in an Impure World Resurrection-esque technique.

Id imagine the opponent of the 4 to be Naruto, possibly with Sasuke as a wingman. Naruto having to fight (and surpass) his father as well as the 3rd hokage with the first Hokage fighting the new EMS Uchiha on the block. what do you think of such a scenario?

So far the only rule of the death god is that he kills the caster. when Oro got part of his soul removed, he lost the ability to control his arms, but retained full chakra levels. when 9 tails had part of his soul removed, it just removed levels of chakra but the 9 tails isnt a cripple.

It was made to seem like Tobi was possibly removed from the situation, but Tobi is the most mobile character in the Narutoverse, he could have easily witnessed the event.

Meh, it would sure be an awesome fight to watch, but it most definitely is not too convenient to not be possible. :shrug:

I think there's much more than hand seals for that Jutsu I mean its a sealing tech of the highest rank....You actually summon the Shinigami [God of death] so even if Tobi saw the tech with the Sharingan he won't be able perform it.

Plus Minato's techs are somewaht special only known to people who were extremely close to him such as His teacher Jiraya,His fav student Kakashi,His Mentor Sandaime and his personal bodyguards and further non of them could perform his techs with his precision so I'd say NO.

Minato was considered to be a prodigy more than a genius once saw a technic and already know the weaknesses and strenght of it demonstrated in kakashi gaiden and tobi attack so even if tobi was to know the technic he wouldnt be able to perform it due to it's risk that is inescapable and too many hand seal and last it's a sealing technich known from the uzumaki clan thought only to minato and he passed to the third and others and forbidden too, so no but gud idea though.

And another argument as to why Tobi can't use it:
Even if he saw Minato use it (no proof that he was still around) but he would only see Minato do some Random Handseals... It was stated in the Manga that only the User and the Victim are able to see the death god... so even if Tobi saw Minato he wouldn't know what he was doing... and the Death Ripper Seal is not something you can experiment with... you can't just try those handseals and see what they do, you'll die.
Even Sarutobi, who knew the jutsu saw the death god for the first time when he used it against oro...
