Yeah, she will take the mantle. But this will be more like Nightwing taking over for Batman instead of Robin BECOMING the new Batman. I'm sure this female character isnt going to be flying around calling herself Ironman, because she isnt a MAN. She will have a new name and probably a new look.

So when people go over board and say she is replacing Toni Stark as Iron Man, that isnt true. Especially if they plan on this new character having a role in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe)

Don't get your panties in a bunch. It's just one white character being changed up, not every single one in existence (like you're trying to imply). There are plenty of white people playing roles that are supposed to be for different races too so this move seems fair to me.

Don't forget, Marvel has many different universes. She's only one iron man while Tony Stark is still Iron Man in dozens of other universes.

Also, this will probably be handled like Batman or Spiderman. Someone will carry the mantle for a little while and then the original character will come back and take over. It's a way to temporarily change the story and get more sales.
