Well that's pretty obvious, actually a more meaningful ending would have been the restoration of the God Tree (aka the creation god of the elemental nations) and if humans learned to solve their problems with their own power and not some stolen one. But well it's shonen and the whole Naruto Hokage thing wouldn't work in a world without chakra.
