Hamura has the Yang of Rikudou as well, which was from Kaguya's Chakra that was inherited by her sons. And depending on how much he absorbed from Naruto, but it pales in comparison to Hamura's, since he's the original bloodline and original power.

No, there's nothing implying that. You get rikkudo senjutsu from the bijus. Haruma didn't get it. Haruma, in all likelihood, was the yin of the 2 since he was the one with the moon seal. Haruma didn't have any yang chakra on par with Naruto.

No, you get Rikudou Senjutsu from having Juubi's Chakra, which is the same Chakra inherited by Hagoromo and Hamura. The same Chakra Hagoromo gave to Naruto for Rikudou Senjutsu. Thus, he has Rikudou Senjutsu and on par, if not stronger.
