Toneri's most effective attack gets absorbed or blocked. People think that simply because it cut through the moon that it must have the strongest power of any technique we've seen, but that's simply not the case. We've seen far too many attacks that can break through mere rock. Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion only can achieve such a feat because of it's range. If Chidori Sharp Spear had such an extension it could easily do the same

And its destructive power exceeds Juubidama (based on the fact it gored open the moon from its explosion). Even then Preta Path against Golden wheel, has no feats capable of absorb any massive amount of that kind of jutsu @Bold Even if that was true, that doesnt change the logical outcome\ of its destructive power, at its hypothetical new mass and size. That simply means Chidori spear being bigger which = more power to it. Which again PS isn't tanking as it lost to a landscape buster.

As for anything else, Madara can easily keep up in combat and Perfect Susano'o destroys that rock summon (if it even was a summon?). Toneri's lack of diversity gets him easily countered and beaten. All of this of course assuming he doesn't resort to Limbo, as that would result in a near instantaneous win.

What? Madara (WITH JUUBI) was forced to block Base R. Naruto blitz. No Juubi boost gets blitz. Toneri chakra mode kept up with Narutos. PS loses against absorption and or Toneri destructive power. Limbo is simply sensed via Sage Body, dodged and simply blown away by silver wheel.

I can't take the comment of it being comparable to the ten-tails' Tailed Beast Bomb seriously though. If you could show it's effectiveness then that would be easier to comprehend. As for Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion, it does change it's power severely. For example, making Chidori Sharp Spear longer will definitely not make it any more powerful, just more effective. Madara was recovering and on the ground, he noted this himself. He reacted perfectly fine even then though so it's an invalid point. Sasuke with the Mangekyou was able to track Obito as a host who is comparably as fast as Naruto and Madara because of the Six Paths Sage Mode (better than KCM obviously), so if he can keep up with someone of that caliber, Madara himself with the Rinnegan and Sage Mode will have no problem. We've even seen him react to Flying Thunder God, so to say he gets blitzed is unsound. As before though, I haven't the slightest clue how Toneri's technique works so an example would be great as I can't see it absorbing Susano'o. Limbo definitely doesn't get reacted to however. One needs the Six Paths Sage Mode or Rinnegan. It's not enough to have Six Paths chakra.

Toneri had plenty of time against Naruto to avoid the explosion. The jutsu simply absorbs all of Susanoo, to Madara, and then explodes.

From 42:05-42:40

You see that it absorbed Naruto Rasengan, then continued forward to absorb most of Naruto's chakra internally, then boom.

I'll take back my comment on the explosion size compare to Juubidama, by width though. The length it reaches is still comparable, and its destructive power has blown a deeper hole on the ground then Juubidama has ever done.

True, the examples works by the fact that I mention its mass being increase to, not just its length. More mass from an original attack normally means more power the attack has behind it.

When you said keep up in combat, I assumed you meant phyical Close quarters. If your talking about with PS, then I agree. If not then no. Madara lacking rikudou body isnt keeping up with rikudou characters.
