Deva Path's small scale Shinra Tensei dispersed Naruto's Rasenshuriken. There isn't any reason that a force that can cut the Shinju and send out an omnidirectional shockwave that extends for miles back wouldn't.

Why can't the Last Naruto use senpou bijuudama rasengan, or chou oodama rasenshuriken and why wouldn't that do anything to the BSM or PS? He could even fire an army of those attacks with his clones. I don't see how a wave of chou oodama rasenshurikens or bijuudama rasengans aren't damaging PS and the avatar when obito's meteor smash did so.

Where is the evidence that Naruto can make an army of clones and have them all use Chou Frs? Where is the evidence that these attacks can put a scratch on PS when the far stronger Bijudama did not?

Obito destroyed a 50% Kurama avatar and V3 Susano'o, not a 100% Kurama avatar and PS.

Shinra tensei isn't a shockwave, the manga made it explicitly clear by having kakashi literally say that. It has a specific ability to negate ninjutsu, which was never attributed to shockwaves.

The shinjuu in the boruto movie is an ant compared to the one in the manga, and I don't see how one of naruto's rasenshurikens possesses less penetrating power than that considerin how powerful his weaker variants are.

The manga attributed deva path having the ability to repell any ninjutsu and made it clear that it was something that's not a shockwave which means that point is irrelevant. The databook says that it has the ability to repel any attack regardless of power, and it can even disperse the flames of amaterasu. Equating a shockwave to shinra tensei has been directly addressed as fallacious in the manga both in mechanics and ability.

The only thing that might stand a chance is COFRS against Sasuke, but Amaterasu counters that hard. So does S/T Barrier. It can't dent Iso Susanoo, Madara's PS, or Hashirama's defenses. Base RSM Naruto can easily overpower it, and Gai can dodge or disperse it with Evening Elephants air cannons.
