Toneri takes this rather easily, he only need to worry about dodging Moon busting super charged Kamehameha from bulked Roshi which by the way takes time to charge.

Actually it was only issue when fighting Roshi for Naruto top tiers characters as they easily outspeed Roshi and take out him rather fast.
