Toneri has a new doujutsu??

I find it interesting that when I was looking at the spoiler for The Last, there was a big picture to show off Toneri's eye.

Nobody, not even Sasuke or his Rinnegan got a picture of their eye on there. Not to mention, if it was just another regular blue eye, why even bother emphasizing it so much?

There's also the fact that his super saiyan mode has the same color as his eye, thought that may be worth mentioning.
