Now we have a story about the bad blood between the hyuga that resulted in the blood of the Main family needing to be protected,along with curse marks that can kill members of the side branch if needed.
But what caused such a terrible system to be placed?
why would they need to protect the "Blood' of the main house?
Could it be that the original hyuga (Toneri's side) followed kaguya's way, plotted against the Main family which caused him to be cursed by the one who pioneered the main family (Possibly a elder sister who resembles hinata) which caused him to be missing for all this time?..btw kishi loves to parallel.
Now we have the cloud village who not only wanted the byakugan but also the advanced blood of the main family
But what reason could address this?.is it because the blood of an heir has properties which are needed by the villain?
What if this bad blood is directed solely towards the Main family?
