and yes i have also been taught all the basic toad jutsu that don't require sage mode (it was by DS ages ago when he was a sempai and it was in old ambu so the thread is deleted)

This training requires you to become one with nature.You achieve that trough staying perfectly still(I will explain the staying still part later)and once your still you will be able to tap into natures power,but if you fail to balance natures power with in you....you will either turn into a toad or you will end up a statue..
So are you willing to take your chances and proceed with the training?

In a couple of second we both disappear in a "pof" of smoke and reappear in mybokuzen.

I will start off by explain whats the difference between regular ninjutsu and Hermit art's (aka senjutsu).When you use regular ninjutsu you use chakra(a mixture of spiritual energy and physical stamina) but when you use senjutsu you use your chakra +external energy(in this case natures energy).Senjutsu is very hard to master since you will have to balance all three energy types(physical,spiritual,nature energy).Balancing all three of those energies is near impossible.For example if you don't have enough natural energy in the mixture you won't be able to perform senjutsu but on the other hand if you have to much then that natural energy will turn you into a frog.*looks at the bench awkwardly

Okay that's enough explaining.Let's get started with the actual training.The first thing you will need to master is sensing/feeling nature around you.You can achieve that trough standing still.It usually takes a really long time to master the first step but I have a faster method.There's a special oil only found on mybokuzen and if you rub this special oil on your body the oil will gather natural energy for you.
*Rub's a little oil on your arm*
Okay now try to focus on the feeling.Eventually you will be able to draw in the energy with out any oil at all.
(btw it's been 5 hours and there have been liek 10 threads O-o)

focusing on the natural energy around me and with the help of the special oil i begin to attempt to gather in the natural energy*

good can you feel anything different yet ? if not try to harmonise yourself more control your breathing to become steady and calm clear your mind of any bad thoughts ect that can create your pulse to become rapid and unsteady

*your lower body remains normal and your face still is round and frog like so pa smacks you again knocking the energy outa your body but then continues to do so as he doesnt realise your face is bruised*
