Im a huge fan of stealth games and im planning to buy either of these games. I can't decide which game of Hitman i want so just tell me the one that is better than Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell : Conviction and i'll probably go for that (unless Splinter cell tops all). What i mean by asking which one is better basically means i want the one that has more stealth in it and also maybe the one with better graphics and the one with more length and maybe even a better storyline. Please vote in the pole so i can decide easier.

If you like stealth games, Metal gear solid is the way to go. Solid Snake solos.

If graphics are second to gameplay to you, drop the thought of Splinter Cell: Conviction and get Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory and Splinter Cell: Double Agent instead.

They might be PS2 games (although they were re-released as "HD" versions for third generation consoles), but their gameplay tops everything Conviction could possibly offer. They're highly atmospherical, the story is well written (although somewhat complicated and political at times), they'll take much longer to finish than Conviction. But most importantly, they're slow-paced, which is essential to stealth. You'll be approaching and progressing slowly, you'll often lie in wait, you'll often just observe. They drastically increased the pace in Conviction and added more action, which kind of contradicts the whole idea of stealth. While you feel more like a cruel James Bond in Conviction, you really are that stealthy panther moving through the dark in Chaos Theory and Double Agent.

Get them, if you're able to get over the thought of them being second generation games.
