Here is a tribute for the Tom and Jerry-The two names synonymous with cartoons, for as long as one can remember,
THE BLUE-grey British longhair cat TOM and brown house mouse Jerry have turned 70 The animated series of Willam Hanna and Joseph Barbera that started the meticulous voyage at the MGM cartoon studio in Hollywood, California in 1940 still conquers the 4th position amongst 250 cartoon series.
In the past 70 years there have been many cartoon series launched from time to time that even gained appreciation but TOM & JERRY is the only still mesmerizes individuals of all age groups. The love and hate relationship of the cat and the mouse teaches us many lessons for life.They exhibit a sadistic behaviour when either of them is blue.Whenever one character gets engulfed by a perilous situation the other tries to develop a conscience and save him.
The wickedness of Tom reveals the rue when someone tries to enter our comfort zone while the tiny jerry (the second protagonist) teaches us vigor and enthusiasm to win and never give up. ?Tom and Jerry has a subliminal message which is very positive. It teaches us to move on in spite of all the downfalls we face..
