Because he'd need to pop the gedo mazo back out to absorb that other half. anyways he wouldn't even better getting the other half, his other rinnegan is far more important to him atm.

Dude we don't know what more power ups he's gonna have but other half of kurama is just for saving his life, why are you so damn sure about it that he ain't no having anymore powerup, he is main character and in no anime or mangas fodder surpasses main character, you got it
