Zoro should have his own room because the visuals released in January had them. Maybe they just never posted imgs of it seeing how huge this is. It would of been called, "Soul Edge of Zoro"

, all the rooms in the visuals did appear in the One Piece Tower so it's likely that they just forgot to add a pic. in. As for the others I'm not so sure but Sanji had his own restaurant and I think franky had his own bar or something.
