i just finished watching the 12 episodes of tokyo ghoul .
which chapter should i start reading from that comes after episode 12 ?
and what is this tokyo ghoul re manga ? is it a sequel of the original manga ?

Just read it from the beginning, some of the instances are different.
For example, the Gourmet arc takes place after the Hinami arc in the manga.
