Uta didn't see it coming, but then didn't even fight he just laid there. Maybe he will next chapter? First time we see him take a hit though.

To me, the clowns' behavior seems very suspicious. They openly appear and introduce themselves, then Uta barely disguises himself whereas in the past he was worried even about exposing his tattoos. Plus that thing he whispered to Mutsuki that produced that reaction from her.
