I just noticed this Lol, don't know if anyone else did but I tend to not pay much attention to that map at the end of every chapter ._. but now I did haha, anyways, who could it be? Lord Amon? Eto? Tatara?

No clue. I doubt they want to give it away. It maybe be whoever is going to clean up the stain that Takizawa leaves when Kaneki gets through with him
