Are we sure or not tho? I definitely don't know whether or not he's top ten, but it simply seems to me that he's using the same method that Kaneki used -- simply not fighting. If he is, then this fight wouldn't be an accurate measure of strength, now would it?

Amon made it pretty clear he couldnt match takizawa. Amon was hoping to win by psychologically messing with Takizawa and maybe convert him.
