Okey so didn't quite get that in the beginning, is there more owls ? ....... Glad we started seeing how Taki and other were made. Now we'll get more info with Amon there, Wonder if Taki is stronger than Amon tho.

If you remember Eto took her father, Kuzen, & delivered him to Dr. Kanou so that Dr. Kanou could replicate the procedure he did on Kaneki.

Which is why he said "owls" because the the ghoul used to make Takizawa was Kuzen or the first Owl.
