Im really interested to know what arima thinks of what is happening in "haise's" head he has to know that perhaps kaneki got his memories back. Maybe thats what arima wants to fight kaneki again. I believe he wants an opponent to defeat him..but as we know kaneki wants to do more than that.
From here on, Tsukiyama can either go to the Aogiri Tree or rogue. The only incentive for him to get involved with the CCG is to rescue his father. Mirumo is still under CCG's captivity; maybe with the help of Aogiri Tree and Chie Hori, they can free/kidnap him.
It's only appropriate to clown around after the CCG's catastrophic failure.
I like how Chie Hori emphasized Tsukiyama's survival just in case anyone thought otherwise.
