I think the chapter was okey, little haise is telling kaneki not to erase him from the world meaning from his mind and or the brainwashed personality.

ugh i wanted a pure kaneki not this 75% sasaki 25% kaneki creature. the chapter felt rushed and sort of confusing i had to read it twice.
was still a decent chapter but ive lost hope of ever having my kaneki again

Why is White Haired Kaneki representing a little kid?

Because it's a reversal of how TG ended. There, Kaneki had come to terms with his young self who was innocent and weak side, here Haise realizes that his former self was not some kind of monster but just like him, he was scared. Because of that he can relate to Kaneki and slowly start to accept him without being feared that Kaneki will turn him into a brainless monster.
