That's what I'm hearing and it seems like it, but was the one -shot said to not be canon ? If this turns out to be true tho, why would Suzuya have his black hair again?

Ok, its comfirmed touka's hair is dyed blonde now, she's calling Yomo nii-san, her brother basical, I believe the two are under false identities just like Haise.
