The plot was going on a interesting path.
Did kaneki actually die or the chapter 143 was a joke??

But i think they should put a time skip(like naruto- and shippuden or one piece 2 year time skip) and explain everything because the chapter did not explain everything.

It's over. Kaneki got turned into a quinque, the CCG is no longer taking prisoners, the Pierrot (clowns - Uta, Itori, Nico and the dude that dropped the beams on Rize, and that other young girl that was working at Anteiku) were catalysts to everything. They basically set stuff up so they can take control of the 20th Ward. If you go back and reread the manga, the ending actually makes a shit ton of sense and it's mind-blowing. They mention clowns gaining more control, Nico and that other dude (keep forgetting his name) having that conversation foreshadowed the ending as well. The story was meant to be a tragedy, even says it in chapter 1. Important characters die, nobody achieves their goals, and the world around them continues to move...tragic.
