Is everything flashbacks and fillers from chapter 69 on out? I checked chapter 70, 71 72 and the manga doesn't seem to get back on track on the ghoul war where it left in chapter 68, it's all random. I'm really confused.

Don't worry it resumes right where it left off but first you need to learn about the Owl and Arata.
