It all fits Kaneki had brain damage, from being stabbed in both eyes, but Kaneki had just consumed Hide right before and one victim is enough to last a Ghoul for a month. If chickens can still move around for a while without a brain, I see no reason as to why a ghoul who regenerates as fast as Kaneki wouldn't continue to regenerate even after being stabbed twice in the brain. :snick:
And even if the brain regenerates the connections that the cells had won't which leads to amnesia.

Before I believed that if Kaneki would have both white and black hair since if both personalities disappeared what would remain would be kind of like a hybrid personality between the two. Which is why Sakaki has black and whit hair.

And while I am at it all of the Quinckes are shown with Kaneki's old outfit. Which probably means that they were developed using Kaneki as a blueprint.

Last Kaneki is alluded to as just having lost his way.

The icing on the cake is Sakaki likes to read as well and Arima is particularly interested in him (probably because he is the cause of this personality's creation)

Yeah, I hate it when stories switch MCs. This was a pretty clever twist though. Kaneki is supposed to be someone that will be able to see things from both sides. I didn't think that the author would have him experience the side of the CCG as well

Yeah, if turns out that he isn't and he is really dead I can't see myself continuing to read this either. I wouldn't see the point.

You and many tokyo ghoul fan suspect the same thing but keep an open mind there's alit of theories out there, but yea Im going with the memory lost theory as well.

For me it just didn't make sense for him to eat Hide just to get killed a few minutes later. That would suck :|

Its good to know that others think the same, but who knows maybe he isn't kaneki and this one will turn out even better than the first season.

If his not ken, then he could a part of him, a nd the orginal is a test tube in a lab in the CCG and was used to create the other half ghouls on haise team, research data I mean. And in the end Haise will find out and return to were he orginated.

This is one thread of many, but yea food for thought maybe.

Arima may be a ghoul now who knows.If he really is he'll understand what kaneki went through.(If arima hasnt lost his memory).
BTW Arima looks quite ''legendary'' in the sequel.

That would mean he is in the same state as the old man it would suck if he were sidelined for most of the series

Damn, this is all probably true. I'm actually amazed at Ishida Sui. Everything is done flawlessly, it's like a perfectly matched puzzle. I wonder if it even takes him time to straighten out the little details, or it comes naturally.

I wonder what the hell Hinami is doing with Ayato, though.

-19 years old


Haise:
-170cm
-58kg
-22 years old


It will all become clear when two things will be revealed: Haise's blood group (if it's AB he's Kaneki) and also how many years did this timeskip have. If it'll be revealed to be 3 years... Yeah, it's him

I hope Touka makes a return soon.

According to the wiki, the timeskip is a 3 years one. So I guess that's good news for Kaneki fans(me included XD)
