good, now w/ out the aid of the ball or ballon combine both exercises in order to create the rasengan...

*makes a baseball sized ball of chakra in my right hand from dense chakra, sends out more more chakra adding to the ball of chakra and rotates my chakra as i force it out*

*starts to dense the chakra as the rotation spins faster with the more chakra i add to it until it forms a rasengan*
