Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user

good, remember this jutsu really wouldnt work on a well trained high level shinobi, since its not genjutsu its just your ill will trying to paralyse him so it wouldnt work...

*I take a seat on the floor and cross my legs. I concentrate in my chakra flow and begin slowly surpressing it. My chakra's manifestation starts to decrease. I relax and control my breathing, making my chakra level drop to an extreme. My chakra is now surpressed and almost indetectable.*

*while controlling my breathing and keeping my chakra in check, surpressed deep inside myself, I get up and move around. At the begining i feel as if the chakra is trying to slip out oof my control but slowly i get it in check.*
