Sorry sensei... :S
Ninjutsu refers to techniques that allow the user to use his chakra and perform feats that he couldn't otherwise do. For example, creating a clone of one's self. Unlike genjustu, ninjutsu effects are real an tangible, not ilusions. The fuel to use ninjutsu is chakra, wich is molded by the ninja using generally hand seals, to create the desired effect.

Forgot something. Ninjutsu techniques have two basic principles: shape manipulation and nature manipulation. The first refers to the shaping of chakra into a desired form, spee, poetency, etc. The second refers to make one's chakra manifest into a desired element, like fire or earth.

...practice throwing these one behind the other and use your chakra to hide the second one behind the first one to make it look like you're only throwing one....

*takes both windmill shuriken. turns around and faces a tree. puts both shuriken in one hand and then trows them at the tree using his chakra to make sure that they travel without tree noticing (lol!!) that theres a second shuriken ridding in the firsts shadow. The two strike the tree.*

Sensei, one question: can one use this jutsu on any enemy regardless of his rank? Is it "absolute" (meaning, if anyone gets caught in it, do they definitly become confused?)? how can one counter it? Can't the enemy just say "I ignored the petals and remained looking straight at you"?

i beleive it works on a lower rank opponent...wouldent work on a higher rank or doujutusu user....there are many ways to counter, we all have or own way to counter close-quarter combat...you have to be careful who you go getting to close to...
