Rain is the downpour of water from the clouds that can be used to attack and defend, and it is more of an advanced water element than an element combination. After training a ninja will be able to control the rain as well as mold his chakra w/ it in order to use it as ninjutu.

Description:By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.
This jutsu calls for you gather and focus chakra into your hands to gather rain drops around your palms to form a rain orb that can be used as a bullet.
Being that you used chakra infused rain, you'll be able to gather not only more rain, but at a much faster pace. And when it comes to a battle it's all about the quickest draw (sometimes )

Focus your chakra that is already inside the rain drops. As your focusing your chakra think of sticky items...xD.... and the rain itself will become glue like and bind your opponent where they stand.

begins manipulating the already infused rain into a sticky compound by thinking of sticky thing like...super glue, honey umm honey, peanut butter umm peanut butter...the rain begins to bind the shadow clone in place enabling his movement...

In the words of Goro Kaguya: Rain takes a lot of concentration. You must focus on every single raindrop..kno it's location its size the speed at which it is traveling....everything. So that that one rain drop can be combined with the millions of billions of others to make an attack....

i begin to concentrate, molding my chakra w/ the rain drops, thinking about the raindrops location, size, speed and rate of drops...i focus on making each rain drop sticky so that as a whole they can bind the shadow clone making him unable to move...

i begin by gathering a large amount of rain drops and focus on making them all work together to reflect my image, i mold the chakra to give it form and perform the hand seals for (Bunshin No Jutsu) - Clone Technique...
