Once the shape is good and they are all done, I make each and every one of the rain dragons to emit one spiral rain spear at your clone.*

The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

*I start off by concentrating huge amount of Rain chakra. Once I think it's enough I release it above to gather up the rain to a single spot. I keep constantly adding chakra to it so that the rain drobs does not fall apart. Then, by using the chakra above, I spin the gathered water drobs and by using shape manipulation I try to create a high speed vortex that comes raining down onto several random trees.*

Last time i heard you needed an Ice user bio w/ history tied to Amegakure...the only user i new that had permish from Rei was Riku..

I dont know Ice Rain...unless they changed the rules for it...=/

So Akiza has ice rain in sharingan bio...Vergil also has ice rain in his Sasuke bio...

This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent.
Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

...gather your rain chakra into the rain clouds in order to turn the rain into hail...the hail will have to build up for a total of three turn before begining to fall, but once it starts it can be directed toward your opponent to cause damage...

...gather your rain chakra and release it into the rainclouds molding the snow within them...you can then use it in conjunction w HMJ in order to make it more effective...it will take three turns again just like the hail...

I keep constantly adding chakra for approximetly 3 turns untill the snow is finaly formed above. Once I think it's enough, I use my chakra to make the snow fall down onto the battlefield*

I start of by gathering a suficient amount of Rain chakra into my hands and then quickly slam my hands on the ground, releasing the chakra I have just gathered. Then by using the chakra, I try to send the water made by the rain back into the clouds.
