(Rasen Yari no Kirinonai Kouu) - Endless Rain of the Spiral Spears

Description: An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

*I start off by concentrating my chakra into the rain drops. Once I feel it's enough I try to bring the rain dropbs together and by using shape manipulation, I try to form them into a spear. I keep constantly adding chakra to make sure the spear is strong enough. Once I think it's ready, I send it raining down onto a random tree.*

*I keep control over the spear above. To make sure it won't fall apart I add a huge amount of chakra, making it harder and sharper. I then send it raining down onto your clone.*

*I slowly but surely begin to concentrate my chakra into the clouds. Using the chakra I have gathered and shape manipulation, I try to form a dragon. I take my time on the shape untill the Dragon is fully formed and the shape is perfect.*

Description: The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming

...mold your chakra in the rain drops to change their color to pitch black...

Description: After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's blood raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.

...alright make small cuts on your ring fingers and begin to gather a large amount of rain chakra. Perform the needed handseals when your ready and raise your hands up to the sky releasing the chakra. After you do that, begin molding the chakrain the rain clouds into several dragons...

*I start off by memorizeing the hand seals and then performing them slowly and carefuly not to miss one. I then take out a kunai from my pocket and make small cuts on my ring fingers. I then begin to carefully mold the neccessary amount of Rain chakra. Once I believe it's enough, I raise both my hands up to the sky and slowly begin to release the chakra I have just gathered. Once I do that, I start slowly but surely insert the chakra in the rain clouds and by using shape manipulation I try to from the rain clouds into several dragons. I carefuly devide the chakra among each and every one of the dragons so that there is equal amount of chakra in the dragons. I then maintain their shape a little longer by adding some small amounts of chakra, just in case the jutsu won't fall apart.*
