Appearance

Tojiro is mature looking young male with snow white hair that seams to be stuck in an almost floating state. His left arm is almost always uncovered with a matte black vambrace whilst his right arm is completely covered with a cloth wrap and a light sleeve covering it. His chest is covered by a thin chain mail vest then by a black cloth vest over the top, he is sometimes seen wearing a light black open kimono with a glossy black lotus pattern on the bottom half. The only type of pants/leg armour ever seen is baggy black canvas pants with elastic the the ends of each leg or a cloth wrap to just below the knee with cloth pants from there to the waist.
Personality

Toji is a very level headed person with a kind Hart and a good sense of character. Although, being the last remaining of the Kapachi family has taken a tole on his life, he lives a life of solitude and struggles to make friends due to shyness and soft spoken manner BUT when people are able to get close to him and start understanding him they soon realise that it’s better to have him as a friend rather than an enemy.

The Kapachi clan was never known for producing and ninja of noteworthy status but before the death of Toji’s father one of the hyuga clan requested that toji be taken in by the clan to undergo training (the reason was not yet explained why but they seemed very serious about it), other than the general training and such not much else is known at this point in time.
Tojiro has always excelled in Taijutsu and Ninjutsu. He was fortunate to inherit the chakra element of Fuuton which came form his father but he will still need training.
