Appearance & Personality


Tohru has long blonde hair with flaming pink tips and red-orange eyes with dilated pupils. She often wears a maid outfit as is the standard uniform in the Hoki household for all those who aren't in the direct family. Tohru will often wear her special ceremonial headband with antlers, which is firmly fixed onto her head. Tohru also has a variety of clothes she can wear on a day or day or case by case basis.

Tohru got the nickname quickly through her personality. She often would be quick to rise to anger and fits of rage when not getting her own way. Tohru is carefree and reckless in nature, and, despite his consistent brawls with the other members of Uchiha, she is a fiercely loyal and protective friend. She is willing to go down fighting for his friends, regardless of how futile it might seem. Tohru has a straightforward mind, and often tackles issues with a "hands on" approach. Her solution to problems often involve violence. Even when disrespected or faced with obvious hostility, Tohru rarely ever reciprocates the feelings, and often forgoes grudge-holding. Tohru often exhibits perverse tendencies towards the same ***.
Tohru continuously tries to prove her strength to others. Due to her reckless nature, Tohru's fights usually ends with widespread destruction. Tohru's love of fighting has allowed her to develop a rather strategic mind, helping her to, on various occasions, find weaknesses in her opponent's techniques, or simply weaknesses his opponents themselves possess. Tohru has also defeated his opponents with pure wit, rather than brute strength. Tohru, befitting her recklessness and love of fighting never backs out of a fight.



Traits:


Chaotic Neutral:
A chaotic neutral character follows her whims. She is an individualist first and last. She values her own liberty but doesn’t strive to protect others’ freedom. She avoids authority, resents restrictions and challenges traditions. A chaotic neutral character does not intentionally disrupt organizations as part of a campaign of anarchy. To do so, she would have to be motivated either by good (and a desire to liberate others) or evil (and a desire to make those different from herself suffer). A chaotic neutral character may be unpredictable, but her behaviour is not totally random. She is not as likely to jump off a bridge as to cross it. Chaotic neutral is the best alignment you can be because it represents true freedom from both society’s restrictions and a do-gooder’s zeal.
Chaotic Neutral characters are free spirits. They do what they want but don’t seek to disrupt the norms and laws of society.
These individuals don’t like being told what to do, following traditions or being controlled. That said, they will not work to change these restrictions, instead, they will just try to avoid them in the first place. Their need to be free is the most important thing.
Chaotic Neutral characters do what is most likely to ensure their freedom, protect their free will and get them the outcome they want. That might be a Good action like helping someone, or an Evil action like misleading someone. However, a Chaotic Good character is more likely to take a Good action than an Evil one because it usually results in a better outcome and an easier time of it for them.
Chaotic Neutral characters might be one step away from being caught for a misdeed in one moment, then redeem themselves with a good action in the next moment. They can easily slip into Chaotic Good or Chaotic Evil if they take too many Good or Evil actions in a row.

History & Background Information

Named Tohru Lavorre Uchiha at birth, Tohru comes from Mianmen, and her mother still lives there. Tohru claims to have been an artist for quite some time, a talent for which she credits her mother. Tohru was wealthy, stating she had owned a horse (that she dressed up) and a carriage. Her mother is a famous singer and courtesan known as the Ruby of the Sea, so Tohru had to stay in hiding because having a child would hurt her profile as a courtesan. Nevertheless, Tohru said her mother still loved her and took care of her even though she was very busy.
For her entire childhood, Tohru was forbidden to leave the Lavish Chateau by her mother, who wished to protect her from the outside world. As a very young child, Tohru was spotted by one of her mother's regular clients. She began to draw and paint after her mother encouraged her to bring the outside world to her, and Tohru often sat at her balcony, painting what she could see of Mianmen.
When she was around thirteen, a young boy called out to her from the street and asked if she would let him in to watch a performance. Desperate for a friend, Tohru happily helped him. However, inside, the Gentleman recognized the boy, his son Barnabas. The Gentleman accused Tohru of forcing Barnabas to come inside, and Barnabas pretended she did. Angry, Tohru stormed off to her room, where she found a boy about her age who introduced himself as The Traveler. After a short moment of hesitation, Tohru agreed to be his friend.
When Tohru was in her late teens, the Traveler encouraged her to explore the world outside and play tricks on people. Though Marion was happy her daughter was outside in the world, she feared that Tohru's antics with the Traveler would bring her harmful trouble. Tohru, however, felt that Marion did not trust her and ran off into the streets. There, she was pushed over by a man, and she and the Traveler decided to trail and prank him. He turned out to be a member of the Revelry, and Tohru had to fight off a group of them. However, she was helped out by the Traveler, who granted her chakra gifts. After stealing a ruby from one of the Revelry's shipments, Tohru was nearly caught but saved at the last minute by Bluud.
Shortly after, Tohru was in her mother's room when Sharpe appeared and demanded to see Marion. Recognizing his crest from the Revelry shipments, Tohru disguised herself as her mother and convinced Lord Sharpe to meet her on the balcony in his underwear. She locked him outside, but Marion, who arrived at this moment, realized that Tohru made a terrible enemy. Marion revealed that she had been helping the guilds uncover Sharpe's involvement with the Revelry for years and urged Tohru to leave immediately for her safety. After quickly packing and saying goodbye to her mother, Tohru took off with the Traveler.

Apex Handseal Specialist (Fire):
Tohru has a natural affinity for the Fire element being an Uchiha where she can create fire techniques without the need for any handseals. Preferring to expel them from her mouth, it earned her the nickname "Dragon"

Advanced Elementalist (Fire):
Similarly to her mastery with Fire, all of Tohru's fire techniques have a stronger force to them, dealing increased damage to regular techniques of the same rank.

Doctor:
Taught by her mother from a young age about medicine and the healing arts, Tohru was a natural when it came to medicine and becoming a healer. She is capable of using advanced medicines as well as using the forbidden Bijuu pills.

Emerald Mogu Gauntlets The Emerald Mogu Gauntlets is the name of the twin fist weapons that has been passed down for generations between ninja. This weapon set has been word for centuries, each ninja upgrading and perfecting the gauntlets making them a fine and dangerous tool for close quarters combat. Learning from an early age that each medic should still be proficient in defending themselves, Tohru currently wear them which hinder her in no way performing any techniques.

Scientific Tools: Tohru wields a number of scientific tools, each serving a different purpose in battle that allows her to gain an edge over whomever she may face.

Description: The user invents a chakra blade that uses the wielder's chakra to generate a makeshift blade but has the downside of draining too much chakra too quickly. Note: Ninja can have up to 2 Chakra Blades. Custom Cyborgs can have up to 4 Chakra Blades.

( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 5 for Custom Cyborgs.

The Banshee's Wail | Josei Himei

Description:
The Banshee's Wail is a special set of in-ear defenders that were made for the purpose of mimicking the Sound Ninjutsu known as Inner Sonar, but to a much more advanced level. By using technology fitted within the defenders, the user can decipher where and what happens around them with pinpoint precision without the need to use their breathing for the technique. When the device receives any vibrations of sound, it can calculate where it had come from, and by sending a harmless current into the users inner ear, can allow them to "feel" where or what happened without actually seeing it. The device itself also has built in dampeners that allow it filter out any extreme noise above certain thresholds that would be damaging to the user while also being able to filter out any noise that may affect the users balance through manipulation of sound.
Notes:
-Must be kept active with 10 chakra per turn.
-Can filter 60 damage worth of Sound jutsu per turn
-Last up to 4 turns per activation and can only be activated twice.

Description:
While most of the world developed using technology, a small cut off corner of civilisation found an alternate source of power to use to evolve and create their technology. Steam power created wonders and allowed the civilisation to flourish as much as any other technological society.
The user custom fits their technology to work based off a small fuel cell within the technology itself. This cell is two small seals placed opposite each other. One producing a small flame while the other produces a stream of water. The bigger the tech, the larger the seals able to be used and the more of the fire or water that id able to be let out. Technology that requires drainage of chakra from the user allows them to constantly funnel chakra into these seals or one off uses activate like an on off switch for these seals. Once activated the seals are turned on.
User who have steam punk technology have a uniquely looking style of technology compared to regular technology, mostly with more gears, steam and brass. The advantage of steam based technology compared to regular technology is that it cannot be shorted out by electricity or EMP based devices. High powered raiton based techniques can take out steampunk creations, however they require one addition rank or +20 damage for S rank steampunk creations.
If hit by a fire attack of the same rank, this will super charge the steampunk technology creation, increasing its rank by 1 or damage by 20, for 2 turns.
The disadvantage however is that should a steampunk creation come into contact with an equal rank technique of water, this will cool down the technology, causing it to shut down and be unusable for 2 turns until it sufficiently heats up again.
Should the user wish if they have this in their biography they are capable of summoning steampunk animals from their contracts. These animals follow the same rules, and still have the same abilities (following logical laws and reasoning. Eg snakes can have a container of venom inside their body and use needle like injectors to still use venom based techniques). Summoning work on a battery based system where they can only be activated for the 4 turns they are summoned before dispersing or powering down.
Note:
-If used for Ninja Tools other than Summonings, then it will have the same amount of uses logically, having the appropriate battery life. This does not extend or shorten uses or length of activations.
-Summoning still cost chakra to summon, this tech simply alters the summon from a biological organism to a mechanical one
-Summonings still last the same time as they normally would, either 4 turns normally or indefinite if a specialty.
- User can either place this in their bio, or at the start of a match, or when a summoning technique is used for reference

Tenshi | Valkyrie
Type: Tool

Description:
A simple small backpack type tool, this has several protrusions along the shoulder blade joints that stick out. From these the user can eject chakra to create wing like creations, that allow the user to float gently and softly. Within the backpack are rechargeable solar batteries that can hold 50 chakra.
The wings themselves are able to launch the user in a direction with a cost of 10 per range, meaning 10 for short, 20 for mid and 30 for long. At the cost of 10 chakra per turn the user can keep the wings active to float.
As a the battery itself cannot be charging while in use, meaning that while active it cannot recover chakra.
Notes:
-Should the user wish, they can funnel their own chakra into the tool. Activation of the pack will cost a move, however maintaining for floating is considered passive.
-Activation of wings can only be activated every other turn, meaning once activated it takes a turn to cool down before being activated again.[/FONT]

You can only have one Prestige bio so you need to decide between Strix and this one. On top of that, updating and changing your Prestige character resets the progress. It’s meant to be progressed through maintaining the character.
