Filler > Dragged shit episodes that ruin the canon scenes.

Because no matter what they do they still get a good rating ( One Piece Anime always in to 10 ) and the sales of one Piece DVD/Blue ray box is still doing very well, so there is no reason for them change the way they did the anime.

It would be better if it had fillers for 2 months and then gained the ability to improve the speed at which the plot progresses rather than do more of those 10 min till my attack completes episodes

I see nothing wrong with the anime pacing. The thing is I only watch anime for those action parts only. And One Piece is too long to have fillers..

I wish Toei would just sell the rights, I personally like the art style, but they should really get new writers. When people read the amazing manga, they naturally just go to the anime and praise it for no good reason. I realized when the Dressrosa arc came out, it just became boring. I'm going to drop it and stick to the manga, even though I'm not a huge fan of manga, at least until they get a new studio to make the anime...

But I doubt Toei would sell the rights to an other studio for the anime of the most popular manga ever which runs weekly in the best watched timeslot in Japan.

Toei doesn't care about how good the quality is, they just want your money. They save the good quality for the shows that need it or are less well known, or only air in seasons.

I knoooooow. I think I started disliking the anime once I discovered the manga. They stuff so much crap to stretch out an episode to make it one chapter's worth. The D Block was annoyingly long and uninteresting to me and the chase with Law and Doffy was too much. I wouldn't mind if they went on a hiatus for a while.
