Naruto chapter 646: God Tree.
I already expected something like this to happen.
I remember a couple months ago someone made a prediction that the Juubi gave chakra to people.
And those people tried to stop wars, and thusly other people started getting it too.
And later the Juubi went on a rampage to stop the madness.
Todays chapter clarified it.
That prediction was close.
Seeing how someone was able to get chakra from the god tree, AKA the juubi.
And that person was Kaguya Ootsutsuki, a princess that time.
Later the juubi got mad and wanted to get it back, but the princess's son stopped her.
The first one to unveil the secrets to chakra and ninjutsu, the god,
Hagoromo Ootsutsuki, AKA The Sage of the six paths.

Still wondering if he truly is Uzumaki or not, but one thing is clear.
He wasn't the first human to use chakra/ninjutsu... it was his mother.
