Eh not really, Madara would've gotten owned by the 5 kage long ago if he wasn't an Edo. He's still a badass but only still around because he's a regenerating zombie

He's a different type of badass I think.....he truly backs up what he says with his strength. He's arrogant because he knows he's better and obviously has a lot more knowledge about the ninja world than most shinobi alive.

Not to mention he has sick design and crazy powerful techniques and he's not creepy like orochimaru. He doesn't do foolish things like Sasuke from what we seen and he obviously has some sort of master goal that's waiting to happen. So far from what we know, he is essentially the reason behind for all the misfortune in the plot.

But to each his own I suppose.

We have totally different viewpoints then.
