A comic relief once in a while doesn't hurt. Besides, the chapters have been too serious lately. We need to get some of that Naruto humor sprinkled on us. Also, this whole notion of chapters going "down hill" are just occurring to people who just want things to flow by quickly. Trust me, you'll miss Naruto when it's over.
