I'm sorry if this subject(about Orochimaru) was already discussed on another thread, but I found only outdated threads from 3 yrs ago.
I read on another forum about the possibility of Toby not being an Uchiha. I was thinking it is possible. Think that Kakashi has got Obito's left eye and Toby has in his right eye could have got Obito's right eye. It also could be from Orochimaru.
About Orochimaru, I thought that he could return now that Itachi is revived.
I was thinking that:
Possibilty 1: when Itachi will be about to cast the Izanami, Orochimaru will take control over Kabuto's body(and it could happen as a body change that he used to do once at 3 yrs) and take control over edo Itachi and make him get into Susanoo mode to take back the part of him sealed by the mentioned mode.
Possibility 2: once Itachi has cast Izanami it could have side effects over the unconcious Orochimaru inside Kabuto and namely to wake him up. The rest is as the first possibility.
Possibility 3: none of the possibility from above happens; Orochimaru comes back later after Naruto defeats Toby. But until the Kabuto is fainted and Orochimaru reforms its personality inside him.
If Orochimaru returns before Toby's defeat, he will compromise Toby's real identity on possibility than one of Orochimaru's secrets could be Toby's real identity. A possibility linked here is that Toby's sharingan(if he is not an Uchiha) is from Orochimaru, and so the latter could know first's identity.
I thinkthat if Oro returns, this time he will get a sharingan, or in an even worse situation, a rinnegan.
